If you need help when we are closed
NHS 111 is a 24 hour service offering NHS medical advice. It also covers all of our practice patients needing medical care when we are closed overnight and over weekends.
The 111 service can arrange a GP appointment for you overnight or over the weekend if needed, so please do not wait until your surgery is next open if you have an urgent problem.
Mondays are especially busy at the practice, and so if you have an urgent problem over the weekend, please call 111 who can arrange a weekend GP appointment for you.
Emergencies
If you experience a serious medical problem such as severe chest pain or bleeding or breathing difficulties, please call an ambulance (999) before calling the surgery.
Physical accessibility
All consulting rooms are accessible to disabled people. There is a lift available at Colney Medical Centre, with free parking at both surgeries and a reserved disabled bay at Colney Medical Centre. There are pram parking spaces and a cycle stand at Colney Medical Centre. Both receptions have hearing loop facilities.
Compliments and Complaints
We welcome any suggestions about the quality of the service you received. This will help us to improve the service. You can use our Suggestions Box located at Reception.
