The practice also offers non-NHS services. Indicative fees for the services are available here and pictured below.

Please speak to reception for further information and to find out what paperwork may be required. A form for private work will need to be completed, and you will be quoted an exact charge for the work involved. Payment is required before any work is undertaken. Please allow at least 2 weeks for completion of any forms as GPs must prioritise direct patient care.
