As well as enjoying his clinical work seeing his patients, he enjoys working with other clinicians and managers to help improve services for patients. His services to the community have been recognised by peers and he is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He is also the Clinical Director of Alliance Primary Care Network, which the practice is a member of.

Nisha is an experienced GP partner who also has a strong interest in Women's Health. She qualified from the University of Glasgow and then worked in Obstetrics & Gynaecology before qualifying as a GP. She performs coil fittings and contraceptive implants in the practice and also supports the Community Gynaecology Service locally. They are supported by a team of experienced GPs.

All GP Practices are required to declare mean earnings (i.e. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.
The average pay for GPs working in the practice of Verulam Medical Group in the last financial year was £78,074 before tax and National Insurance.
This is for 3 full time GPs who worked in the practice for more than six months.
