Verulam Medical Group is accepting new patients and out of area patients. Please complete either our own online form or the NHS online registration form and we will be in touch with you. Alternatively, you can visit the surgery reception to fill out the registration form in person.

Please note that Bricket Wood Medical Centre is a branch surgery of Colney Medical Centre, and patients may be expected to attend the main surgery for certain investigations or urgent appointments.
